No feeds coming in to application

Encountered no feeds coming in to application.

Perform Basic Checks:

- Check account related issues. Get logs if possible on client machine(s). Does it affect 1 machine, some machines or lots of machines?
- Check network related issues
- Check any errors in windows event viewer
- Check application logs for error, license expiry, etc
- Restart machine
- Check with vendor support (if any)
